Barr-Nunn and Danny O’Quinn to Race at Iowa Speedway

Newton, IA (July 30, 2009) – Barr-Nunn Transportation is pleased to announce its sponsored race with JD Motorsports for the 2009 NASCAR season. Danny O'Quinn will be driving the #01 Barr-Nunn Chevrolet car at the U.S Cellular 250 at the Iowa Speedway in Newton Iowa on Saturday August 1st.

"Barr-Nunn has had a relationship with Danny O'Quinn for the past four years and we are excited to see him competing in the Nationwide Series in our home state of Iowa" stated Jeff Blank, Director of Recruiting at Barr-Nunn. Danny O'Quinn is currently ranked 18th in points for the Nationwide Series going into the Newton Race.

Iowa Speedway is a state-of-the-art 7/8 mile asphalt paved tri-oval race track and motorsports facility owned and operated by U.S. Motorsport Corporation and designed by former NASCAR Champion Rusty Wallace.
