ATS Promotes to Vice Presidents

St. Cloud, Minn. — July 15, 2010 — Anderson Trucking Service, Inc. (ATS)

ATS is pleased to announce that Brent Anderson has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Heavy Haul and Wind Energy Services for ATS Specialized, Inc., effective immediately.

Brent started his ATS career at an early age, working initially in the maintenance shop as a truck washer. Brent earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bethel College and has worked in various positions within the Anderson circle of businesses. Most recently, Brent has been focused on Heavy Haul and Wind efforts as well as providing direction for the Vehicle Maintenance group. In his new position, Brent will continue to provide direction and leadership to the Heavy Haul, Wind, and Maintenance teams.

His responsibilities will continue to expand as he assists in planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling strategic efforts to ensure the future and continued success and profitability of the company as a whole.

ATS is pleased to announce that Scott Anderson has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Risk Management and Driver Services for Anderson Trucking Service, Inc., effective immediately. Scott began working for ATS during summer breaks from school, working initially in the shop as a truck washer. Scott earned a bachelors degree in Finance and an MBA from St. Cloud State University. Over the years, Scott worked in various positions within ATS and St. Cloud Truck Sales. Currently, his responsibilities include Safety, Risk Management, Claims, Recruiting, and Leasing. Scott retains these responsibilities while assisting in planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling strategic efforts to ensure the future and continued success and profitability of the company as his scope of responsibilities continues to broaden.
