Company Drivers:

3-6 Months experience: 41cpm
6-12 Months experience: 42cpm
1 Yr experience: 43cpm
2 Yrs experience: 44cpm
3 Yrs experience: 44cpm
4 Yrs experience: 45cpm
5 Yrs experience: 46cpm
Pay includes MPG bonus and Tarp Pay. Tarp Pay has been increased to $20 per load!

Owner Operators:

Start as high as 95 cpm + 100% fuel surcharge

Lease/Lease-Purchase:

Start as high as 95 cpm + 100% fuel surcharge

Detention Pay has been increased to $18/hour

401K benefits have also been increased

Boyd is also offering $1,000 sign-on bonus to all drivers within their hiring area!
