Drivers, Hiner transport is a family owned company with approximately 200 trucks.

We are based near Ft Wayne, IN and operate a drop yard/cross dock near Indianapolis; at Hiner we are big enough to be competitive, yet small enough to know you as a person, NOT a number in a computer screen. 98%+ of our freight is NO-Touch and we have numerous drop/hook accounts to keep your wheels rolling.

We offer all new hires benefits within thirty [30] days of employment, a 401K package after 6 months of service, and paid vacation time after 1 year. We pay our drivers weekly via direct deposit based upon PRACTICAL MILES and pay extra compensation for hazmat loads and freight going to NYC or Canada. Hiner has a rider program for family members over age 10 after 60 days of service; no pets are allowed.

We require a candidate to have 1 year or more recent verifiable over the road tractor trailer experience and meet our safety/insurance hiring standards. Hiner offers a candidate steady miles and time at home on a regular basis...we are looking for the professional driver who practices SAFETY FIRST and is proud of themselves and the company they represent.

Hiner has been recognized as the "Safest Fleet" in our mileage category for 8 of the last 16 years by the Indiana Motor Truck Association..all drivers at Hiner operate on Electronic Logs.
