Roehl Transport has several openings for tractor-trailer drivers living in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

 

These positions are in our HOMEtime Plus fleets, which feature:

    * $33,000 - $42,000 depending on experience

    * Predictable home time (about 7 days home after being out)

    * Drivers in our 7/7 Fleet launch on Saturdays

    * Drivers in our 14/7 Fleet start on Wednesdays

    * Affordable, comprehensive benefits that include health, dental, vision and life insurance.

 

Drivers will be slip-seating the trucks and will need a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (or will need to obtain a Class A CDL). No experience is necessary and training is available.

Job Requirements

 

    * Per Department of Transportation regulations you must be at least 21 years of age.

    * Possess a Commercial Driver’s License Class A with hazardous materials endorsement (hazmat).

    * Fewer than 3 citations in the last 3 years; Speeding over 20 MPH will not be considered for 36 months.

    * No DUI or any other alcohol/controlled substance related offenses in the last 5 years (in any vehicle); no more than 1/lifetime.

    * Serious Traffic Violations such as following too close, reckless driving or failure to stop for an emergency vehicle will be reviewed.

    * No felonies in the past 7 years, older offenses and all criminal convictions will be reviewed

    * Pass an on-site physical skills evaluation of essential job functions.

    * Possess a valid passport, passport card or FAST (Free And Secure Trade) Card.
