The Dedicated Flex Fleet is also involved in testing new technologies and providing feedback from a Dedicated driver point of view.

• Hiring area: Must live within 50 miles of Edwardsville, IL
• Primary travel area: All 48 states and Canada
• Typical time at home - Out 2 weeks home 2 days. This could vary depending which account you are working on and business needs
• Multi-stop (1-5) full driver hand unloads with the assistance of roller sections that hook into stretch rollers at the customer
• Average annual earnings - $42,900 to $50,700 based on experience + performance bonus

• Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
• Mimimum of 12 months of OTR experience
• Hazmat endorsement required and TWIC card and Passport (or FAST card) are desired
• Strong backing skills a plus
• Good customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile
