Andrus Transportation Services Inc. has been in the truck load carrier business for more than 30 years. We are a family-owned business that was founded by a driver.

With over 300 trucks and 650 trailers, Andrus is a major driving force in the Western States and a company for which you would be proud to work. Although over 85% of our business is within the eleven (11) Western States, we are licensed to operate in all 48 states. We are essentially a dry van fleet, but we do run approximately seventy-five (75) refrigerated trailers.

Andrus offers $300 Orientation Pay as well as $500 for Driver Referrals. We have a new bonus incentive for solo drivers at $.02/mile for all miles at 11,000 or above per month. For teams we offer $.04/mile to run a minimum of 17,000 miles per month and the bonus is paid on all of the miles run during the month.
