Company Drivers- Depending on your verifiable experience, you can earn as much as the max rate for each division:

• National Division: $.42 cpm
• Northeast Regional Division: $.46 cpm
• Southeast Regional Division: $.40 cpm
• Team Division: $.25 cpm per driver

Vacation: (Eligible on anniversary date)

• 1 week after 1 year ($300)
• 2 weeks after 2 years [1/52 of previous year avg)]
• 3 weeks after 10 years [1/52 of previous year avg)]

Home Time:
12 days out, 2 days off

Accessorial Pay:

• Stop offs - $30.00
• Load/Unload (full) - $100.00
• Load/unload (partial) - $50.00
• Layover - $50.00
• Tolls - Reimbursed/BESTPASS program
• Detention Pay - $12.50/hour after 2 hours to a total of $50
• NYC Metro Pay - $75.00
• IdleAire basic service is COMPANY PAID!

Driver Referral Program: $1,000 per hired referral ($500 paid on completion of first dispatch, $500 after 60 days).

Orientation: Three Day Program. $500 Advance (upon completion) Meals, hotel and transportation paid.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Direct Deposit, 401(k), Life Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability.

Holidays: Six per year at $50.00 each.

HAZMAT ENDORSEMENT IS REQUIRED!! APPLICANTS WITHOUT IT CANNOT BE CONSIDERED!!!!

Additional Requirements

• Must not have a conviction of a serious CDL violation within 24 months
• Must not have a DUI/DWI in a non-commercial vehicle in last 10 years
• No felony conviction within the previous 10 years
• Any conviction involving theft, drugs, violence or dishonesty in last 10 years
• No more than one misdemeanor within the previous 5 years
