Vacation: (Eligible on anniversary date) 1 week after 1 year ($300) 2 weeks after 2 years [1/52 of previous year avg.] 3 weeks after 7 years [1/52 of previous year avg.]

ACCESSORIAL PAY:

• Stop offs: $30.00
• Load/Unload (full): $100.00 Load/unload (partial) - $50.00
• Layover: Hourly rate of pay after 1 hour at terminal or 2 hours enroute. No maximum unless hotel is provided and then 8 hours of pay in 24.
• Tolls: Reimbursed/BESTPASS program
• Detention Pay: Hourly rate after 2 hours to a total of $50
• NYC Metro Pay: $75.00
• Drop & Hook: Hourly rate of pay after 20 minutes of schedule time – no maximum
• Orientation: Three Day Program. $500 Advance (upon completion) Meals, hotel and transportation paid.
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Direct Deposit, 401(k), Life Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability.
• Holidays: 8 hours of hourly rate of pay max. New Year’s, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

OWNER OPERATOR INFO:

• Fuel Surcharge paid on all dispatched miles (empty & loaded).
• $50.00 additional will be paid on all completed dispatches 50 miles or less (combined empty & loaded).
